Complex, sophisticated,

We make amaro-style cocktails without the booze. Three of them are brewing: a bittersweet aperitivo, a moody digestif, and a genuinely unique take on a long-forgotten Italian liqueur. We started in an Atlanta kitchen, but kitchen recipes only get you so far. So we took ours to experienced herbalists and built something worth savoring. Cans coming early 2027.

Somewhere along the way, “it tastes good” stopped being a reason to enjoy something. We were exhausted by the beverage industry. Gut health. Cortisol support. Focus. The flavor is fine, but what does it do? Here’s the thing — 47% of US adults say they’re overwhelmed by the wall of functional beverages, and it jumps to 56% for 18–24 year olds. We don’t claim to fix anything… except for maybe that sh*tty juice option disguised as an adult beverage.

Not a tonic. Not a tincture. Not a protocol…
A cocktail. They’re bitter, botanical and built on tradition.
Flavor is the function. That’s our only claim. We are not here to fix your gut, sharpen your focus, or regulate your nervous system. We are here to taste really damn good in your glass.
We are alcohol agnostic. Drink, don’t drink, drink tomorrow. Nobody at this table is taking attendance, and there is no explanation required. Not for the can in your hand, and not for the one you passed on.
We are tired of being sold optimization. Eat this, wear that, track the other thing. We wanted the opposite. A good time and something delicious, just for the sake of having a drink.
